This is unsmoked NOS. It was made in the Shalom factory where Alpha pipes were made over 40 years ago. It looks like an Alpha pipe. There were some other brands to come out of the factory, and most of them looked similar. What makes it air cooled are the holes in the stem. It has some fill areas that stands out so it is discounted. It should smoke gerat regardless.
