This is unsmoked NOS. It's a standard size, and pretty much your typical basket pipe from the tobacconist with the bonus feature of a filter option. It accepts a 9mm filter, or it can be smoked without. It is the classic 70s 80s style carved pipe, and it does sit on the flat spot.
The stem is slightly misaligned in the shank. Proced accordingly.
