Willard pipes were made by Sparta Industries in Sparta, N.C for R. J. Reynolds Tobacco from 1963 to 1975. They were made in the same factory as Dr. Grabow, and pretty much are Grabow pipes also with the Ajustomatic feature that allows the stem to rotate and firmly stay at the desired setting. The stinger is removable.
