H. Willmer and Son were a pipe maker for Charatan's until they were bought up by Dunhill. They went out their own to make pipes which are highly reputable, high end pipes known for quality and craftsmanship, not to be confused with Willard.
The grain is stunning on this pipe, and the walls are thick to insure a more insulated smoke. This pipe wasn't smoked much and is in great condition. The brass and acrylic bands on the stem needed to be glued back together and did not come out perfectly lined up. I have discounted the price from what this line usually sells for as estate pipes.
